france - at least that's what those in the know are whispering in vacation hotspots in france. apparently in hot spots like cote d'Azur and pampelonne's beach in st. tropez, more and more women are choosing to cover up. it could be for decency's sake....but it could also be because implants are not safe in the sun. but what do i know....?
